This hotel is nice. It’s a newer hotel with really comfy beds, super nice staff, and a great complimentary breakfast. My only complaint is the a/c in my room. It was really hot when I checked in so I turned down the temp. It eventually cooled off, but all throughout the night, it would go from freezing to really hot, waking me up every 30-45 min because of the extreme change. I mentioned it to the front desk upon checkout and she just said “sorry about that”.
The breakfast was terrific! One of the best we have been to! The rooms were clean and well stocked. Definitely one of the best hotels we have stayed at! Keep up the great work!
We stayed here this weekend for a wedding, and I would definitely recommend this place! They were able to accommodate my family’s need for adjoining rooms, and the rooms were fabulous! They were nicely decorated and furnished, and they were very clean. The breakfast was also awesome, especially for an American breakfast. They had a ton of options, and everything was very fresh. The staff was also very friendly.
This is one of my favorite hotels! Theo was amazing at check in and the free breakfast was pretty great. Our room was incredible, huge shower and great view! Highly recommend!
New hotel or at least it still presents as new. Great place if you need to get on base, a bit outside if you want to be in the city. Rooms were clean and spacious and the staff was great.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Hidden Gem in Huntsville! Last night, after arriving in Huntsville, AL feeling completely exhausted, I found myself scrolling through the Marriott app looking for a comfortable place to land. I came across what appeared to be a newer property. While this brand isn’t usually my go-to within the Marriott portfolio, I decided to give it a try — and I’m so glad I did! What a wonderful surprise! This hotel is truly a hidden gem, conveniently surrounded by great food and a few shopping options, making it perfect for both business and leisure travelers. An added plus is it is 1 exit from Space Center. From the moment I walked in, the hospitality was exceptional. Kyla welcomed me warmly at check-in and made sure everything about my room was perfect and that I was completely satisfied before heading up. That kind of attentiveness goes a long way after a long travel day. The room itself was clean, spacious, and modern — exactly what I needed to relax and recharge. I especially appreciated the thoughtful little treats left by housekeeping. It’s those small touches that make a stay memorable! This morning, Jasmine greeted me with a bright smile and wonderful conversation while assisting with checkout. I truly appreciated that she verified my identity before issuing another key — a great example of professionalism and attention to guest security. Oriana was equally impressive in the breakfast area. She welcomed guests with a smile, was neatly dressed, incredibly kind, and very attentive. She kept everything replenished and the area spotless. Her positive energy made for a great start to the day. Overall, this stay exceeded my expectations. The team here clearly takes pride in delivering excellent service, and it shows. I’ll absolutely be returning the next time I’m in Huntsville! Highly recommend!
We had a good stay here. Staff is a bit more reserved. Breakfast was good, shower was awesome with excellent pressure (4th floor). Beds and pillows are comfy. Quiet area. Good night sleep. Recommended
I had such a wonderful experience during our stay! From the moment my family and I arrived, the employees were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made me feel right at home. The entire hotel was spotless, and my room was exceptionally clean and well taken care of. The breakfast was nice fresh and hot, with multiple varieties for everyone. It was clear that the staff takes great pride in maintaining both the property and the guest experience. This hotel was five minutes from Bridge Street, which has different places to eat, and shopping. It didn’t take us long to get anywhere from this location. Plus, it was extremely quiet. I truly appreciate the excellent service and attention to detail. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!
